Requesting IT Assistance
When you need assistance from the Labouré IT Helpdesk, there are many ways to contact us.
Submit a support request by clicking on the IT Helpdesk icon on your desktop.
Doing so will launch the Support Request Form. You can also reach this form by going to it.laboure.edu and clicking on the Submit a Support Request link found on the page.
Send an email to Helpdesk@laboure.edu
Please include the following information in your email:
1. Your Name
2. Your contact number
3. The problem you are experiencing, including any troubleshooting steps you have taken.

If you are calling after-hours, please leave a voicemail and include the following information:
